PowerPoint Gallery

Unless stated otherwise, you must have PowerPoint 2000 installed on your system to view these files with full functionality once they are downloaded and uncompressed.* The files will open in Slide Show mode through which you can navigate using the "page down" button on the keyboard or a mouse click. Some slides will have preprogrammed animations that start automatically (or after one second) while others will require a manual advance to activate the animation. Some have a combination of both, so wait a couple of seconds between mouse clicks. A manual advance on the last slide will close the file, but does not quit the PowerPoint application. A CD-ROM containing these files and more is available by appointment.

• Photoshop enhancement. Photoshop and a little stock imagery can be used to give simple elegance to a presentation and differentiate the content from run-of-the-mill PowerPoint graphics and clipart.

• PPt 2002/XP and 2004 animation samples. New animation features were introduced with PowerPoint versions 2002/XP for Windows and 2004 for Mac. The samples below should only be viewed using either of those versions of PowerPoint.

• Two PPt 2000 animation samples. There is a hyperlink at the end of each of the files with which to launch the other part (provided both files have been downloaded, uncompressed, and placed in the same folder). These files have been optimized for PowerPoint 2000 and the animations may not behave properly in later versions.
